Education
The federal government is granted no Constitutional authority over education so the tenth Amendment applies:
"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
Education should be completely controlled by parents, local communities, and states. Education should be free from all federal government subsidies, including vouchers, tax incentives, and loans.
Education, training, and discipline of children are properly placed in the domain of their parent(s).
I support the unimpeded right and freedom of parents to provide for the education of their children in the manner they deem best. I oppose all legislation from any level of government that would interfere with or restrict that liberty.
